Where do I start?
Check the current feature list and plans on the Aion 2 cheats product page, pick what fits how you actually play, and follow the setup instructions that come with your purchase. If something in those instructions is unclear, ask here.
Do I need to do anything after a game patch?
Usually the safe move is to wait for our status update before launching. We post in the update status thread when things are ready, so check there first.
Can I get banned?
Yes. Any third party software carries risk and nobody can honestly promise otherwise. Read our blog post on the risks so you know what you’re signing up for.
Where do I get help?
Reply in this thread, or open a support thread in the Support section. Include your Windows version and any error text.

Replies are closedQuick note, if you’re stuck on a specific error, please post the exact message rather than “it doesn’t work”. It saves a ton of back and forth.
A question we get a lot is “which plan should I pick?” Honestly it depends on how you play. Grinders and PvP players want different things, so look at the feature list first and the price second. Our buyer’s guide walks through how to decide.
Another common one: “can I just ask for a refund if it doesn’t suit me?” Check the terms on the purchase page before you buy, since that’s where the current policy lives. We don’t want anyone guessing about it after the fact.
