Replies are closedPlease don’t say “it’s not working” and nothing else. We can’t read minds, and lol, trust us, we’ve tried.
Add whether it fails on launch or after loading. That tells us a lot.
Security software is the sneaky one. Antivirus tools sometimes quarantine files without a loud warning, so check the quarantine or protection history before assuming something else is wrong. If you do change any security settings, only do it on a machine you’re comfortable with and make sure you understand what you’re allowing.
If you’ve done the full list and you’re still stuck, post it all in one message: Windows version, game version, what step it fails at, the exact error and what you’ve already tried. Tickets that include all of that get answered fastest.
